December 20, 2007  After announcing plans to re-brand last week, Web hosting software maker SWsoft (swsoft.com) made another big announcement this week, reporting that it had acquired WebHost Automation, developer of the Helm control panel and billing software for Windows.

The acquisition follows similar purchases made by SWsoft earlier this year of control panel companies Sphera, Ensim Pro and Positive Software. Read More
