iNET Interactive Acquires HostingCon

The Social media company iNET Interactive (inetinteractive.com), the media company that, among other properties, owns the popular web hosting community Web Hosting Talk (webhostingtalk.com), announced on Tuesday it has acquired the HostingCon (hostingcon.com) conference and trade show from Interjuncture (interjuncture.com). The acquisition will be effective July 31 following the close of HostingCon 2008.

Interjuncture will continue to oversee all aspects of HostingCon 2008, while iNET Interactive’s staff will be on-hand to address any questions from attendees and exhibitors as well as discuss the details of HostingCon 2009.
